DVIM Directors

Lonny and Kim Bingle have overseen Destiny since 1996. Their love and devotion to each and every minister and ministry is unparalleled. With a distinct mandate from the throne room of God, they believe in the local church and the many heroes of the faith that are servants of the most high.

One of our foundational scriptures is Jeremiah 29:11 GW, “I know the plans that I have for you, declares the LORD. They are plans for peace and not disaster, plans to give you a future filled with hope.” We firmly believe that God has established you for such a time as this and His plans for your life are filled with peace, not disaster. Plans for a hopeful tomorrow, things will always be better in Christ.

If you are looking for a ministry fellowship to call home, we would be honored to have you and serve you to the best of our abilities. You are the reason we exist and our hearts are to help empower you for ministry so the body of Christ can continue with the great commission of reaching others for Jesus!

Jeff and Robin are outstanding leaders who excel at mentoring those who lead the next generation of leaders. They bring their wisdom and years of experience to the DVIM team.

John is the father of three children; Jonathan, Stephanie, and Victoria. He makes his home in The Hill Country of Texas with “Maestro” the Wonder Dog.

Vimal and Rani Sen

Director – india

Vimal Sen and his lovely wife Rani are the longest-serving directors in DVIM. Their faithful oversight within DVIM included overseeing Asia. With the challenges of India (Over 1.3 billion people), oversight of that one nation is larger than most continents. They have faithfully served the body of Christ planting and overseeing multiple churches in India with their most recent church plants in Bhimtal. They have served together in DVIM since 1997.

With a powerful testimony of conversion from a powerful Hindu background, Vimal watched as his mother converted to Christianity and then died of cancer. Vimal blamed her God and conversion for her death and struggled with his own identity. After his marriage to Rani, Vimal became a criminal and made it to the top wanted list in his region. Rani in desperation ready to kill their children and then cried out to God and He answered. She gave her life to the Lord and prayed for her family and Vimal. Through a miraculous encounter with the Lord, Vimal was confronted and gave his life to the Lord. God further moved on their behalf and Vimal through his confession and actions had his record expunged and has served the Lord faithfully ever since.

Rustin Rathbun

director – chaplaincy

Rustin started his ministry in the early 80s first being credentialed with the Assembly of God and later coming on board with DVIM as an ordained minister. He has served faithfully as a recognized Chaplain in police, sheriff, and jail ministries serving under 7 different Chiefs/Sheriffs and spanning over 30+ years. Rustin also has spent some time as the director for the Teen Challenge induction center in the heart of Los Angeles’ Watts District.

As a chaplain, Rustin has sought to place officers first in prayer, encouragement, and support. Chaplaincy in law enforcement helps strengthen the spiritual, mental, and social aspects of each law enforcement professional realizing their demanding job. Law enforcement agencies with strong compassionate chaplain programs are more balanced and equipped to meet the needs of their community.

DVIM seeks to put more qualified chaplains in service to meet the ever-growing need to minister to those in law enforcement on all levels and departments. A ministry largely overlooked as we navigate crossing the blue line.
