Destiny Vision International Ministries was named for its purpose. Destiny, because we realize each person has a destiny in God. Vision, because each of us needs to have a God-given vision for fulfilling God’s call in our lives. International, because God revealed this movement that would be worldwide. Ministries, because it is made up of many different expressions in the body of Christ, all of which realize they are servant-leaders of the most high God. Destiny is continuing to grow. Thousands of ministers and ministries now consider themselves a part of DVIM. We are looking forward to what God will be doing in the near future. Destiny is a dynamic fellowship that was created with ministers in mind. The need to be able to fellowship with others with a similar calling is vital to success. None of us are an island unto ourselves. If one can put a thousand to flight, and two can put ten thousand to flight, imagine a group of people who are bound together by the same common beliefs, values, vision, and goals.

Destiny University has partnered with TheosU to provide courses to build your knowledge of the word. We have a unique code for those who are members of DVIM. This program is designed to help fulfill a minister’s desire to continue their education. This might be for personal enhancement or working towards credentialing. No matter what an individual’s status is in life, Destiny University may be the solution you have been looking for to continue your learning experience.

The Destiny ministry logo consists of a symbology reflecting the ministries of Destiny. It begins with the victor’s wreath and shield design symbolizing our triumph in Christ and our shield of faith. Right after the Destiny shield is the 6M’s, which stands for our six areas of ministry.

Next are the flames representing the Holy Spirit. We recognize that on our own we are insufficient but through Christ, we can do all things. Therefore, our focus is on walking with Him in the Spirit to fulfill the calling using the gifts that He has given to each of us.

1. Mindsets: We know that the Apostle Paul encouraged us to “Let this mind be in you…” (Philippians 2:5). We need to adopt the thoughts of the Lord as they are higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55). A proper mindset will set the stage for success.

2. Mentoring: “Leadership is always the problem and always the solution.” As an organization, DVIM is committed to raising up leaders that will reach the world.

3. Missions: Destiny was founded with missions both at home and abroad as a focus for ministry. Our desire is to efficiently plant churches globally while providing support to help leaders fulfill their calling in Christ.

4. Marketplace: We believe in what we have termed as the Luke 10 principle for evangelism taking the word to the world by enlisting every believer to fulfill ministry in the marketplace.

5. Marriage: The success of any ministry is directly related to strong marriages. We believe that every leader needs to prioritize keeping themselves fresh in order to be effective ministers.

6. Money: “…money answers all things.” Ecclesiastes 10:19b ESV. So many ministries run into issues over money. At DVIM we provide resources to help ministers and ministries successfully navigate their financial landscape.
